Seeking an Assistant Manager to develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with expertise in design, development, and integration of various modules, including ITSM, GRC, and CSM. Must have prior experience with ServiceNow tool and excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
  • Strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
  • Good design knowledge and willingness to research new solutions
  • Expertise in Design, Development and Integration of ServiceNow in ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, Custom application
  • Proficiency in providing functional and Technical insight
  • Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
  • Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team
