Maintain existing automation test frameworks, collect and report quality metrics, work with developers to design specific testing strategies, create comprehensive test plans, execute and automate them, and support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow
- Knowledge of programming or scripting language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Ansible
- High level of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to test a system using techniques such as Unit Testing, Selenium, PlayWright, run manual test cases, design an integration vs unit vs manual strategy, design a test reporting system, run load testing, figure out what to benchmark
- Some working knowledge and ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks
