The Role
As an Associate at Valence, you'll be at the forefront of driving high-priority initiatives for our leaders. You'll identify new opportunities, diagnose and solve problems, and unblock key objectives to help the company scale. This high-impact role requires you to collaborate with smart, multidisciplinary teams, driven by curiosity and experience in high-performing environments. You excel at overcoming challenges, setting ambitious goals, and thriving in competitive situations. Your responsibilities will be diverse and fluid across the business - initiatives might include streams like integrating our products for a unified design and strategy, developing new marketing campaigns, supporting sales with strategic storytelling, LLM prompt and customization work, and managing pilot programs and initial deployments. You'll support executive projects related to board activities, metrics, goal setting, and quarterly planning, providing essential leverage to our leadership team.
