We're looking for an Associate Director Change Management to join our IT team at DTCC. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ITIL v3 and v4 implementation standard processes and be able to drive change management process improvements and dependent project initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Detailed knowledge of ITIL v4 standard methodologies
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, ITIL Managing Professional, or Change Management Practitioner
- Expert level knowledge of how to handle and design processes within workflow management platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, DevOps, Scrum and Kanban
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure subsystems on Mainframe, Distributed and Cloud platforms
- Experience in creating automated and ad hoc management and control reports from one or more data sources with reporting tools such as PowerBI, Power Automate and Cognos
