Requirements
- Experience with IDM tools and user access management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM ticketing systems.
- Strong understanding of access control principles and best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple requests with attention to detail and within set SLAs.
- Excellent communication skills for user support via email and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with MFA solutions and assisting users with authentication setups.
- Prior experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) roles.
- Knowledge of IT security policies related to access management
