Join Team CARFAX as an Associate IT Incident Manager to help improve the availability and reliability of systems. You will investigate incidents, communicate technical processes, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Experience working in a DevOps environment
- Experience supporting applications in Amazon Web Services
- Experience with distributed databases, Linux operating system, and network concepts.
- Experience with Java, MySQL, FTP/SFTP, Oracle
- Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring tools
- Familiarity with logging collection and analysis platforms
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Familiarity with MongoDB, Hadoop, Control-M are a plus
