Associate Manager ERP Package Applications

The Associate Manager ERP Package Applications will work with clients, functional and technical teams to drive effective management of the application, lead a team of consultants, and deliver to the client. The role involves supporting and managing system testing, customer support, and automating repetitive processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response modules
• Working experience in configuring Security incident response applications
• Working experience in configuring Vulnerability response applications and integration with vulnerability scanner tool
• Thorough understanding of ServiceNow Security incident response and Vulnerable Item processes
• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS within the ServiceNow platform
• Experience integrating third-party security tools, systems, and APIs with ServiceNow
• Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS) certification in Security Incident Response (SIR) and(or) Vulnerability Response (VR) is highly desired
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lead a team of consultants and take end-to-end ownership of project implementation tasks
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
