Associate Staff Engineer, QA Automation (ServiceNow Testing)

We're Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, and we're looking for a great new colleague to join our team as an Associate Staff Engineer, QA Automation. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests using various languages and tools. Requirements

• Total experience 5+ Years
• Strong experience in software testing, including experience in automating test cases for web applications
• Having ISQTB Certification
• Excellent working experience in ServiceNow, ServiceNow ATF, ServiceNow ITSM Module
• Proven experience in testing during ServiceNow upgrades
• Experience using Selenium WebDriver and TFS, JIRA, GIT, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
• Analyse application requirements and specifications to create test plans and test cases
• Design, develop and execute automated tests using Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, VBScript, Maven or other languages as required
• Should have experience in one Cucumber or Specflow
• Have a good experience in Test Automation Framework, Behavior Driven Testing, Gherkin, Jenkins, API Testing, Test Planning and Strategy, Rest Assured as required
• Use testing tools such as UFT, TOSCA, Test Complete, Katalon Studio, Appium, Coded UI, Protractor, Selenium, or other tools as required
• Expertise in performing end-to-end testing (both manual and automated) aligned with established software testing life cycles and methodologies
• Proficiency in Test and Defect Management
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and API automation
• Use testing frameworks such as Junit, Nunit, TestNg or other frameworks as required
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and experience working in an Agile environment
