As a Systems Analyst, you will help monitor, support and enhance our HR platform in an agile environment. You will work independently to monitor and support HR applications to Visa's high standards, with total ownership of the solutions provided for our HR and Learning customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
- 2-4 years of proven experience as an L1 Support Specialist or in a similar role
- Experience with issue tracking software like ServiceNow, Jira
