Automation Business Analyst

The Automation Business Analyst for IT Support will be responsible for exploring, designing, and piloting automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance IT Support and Managed Services efficiency. This role will work closely with IT Services teams to identify pain points, develop proof-of-concept solutions, and refine AI-assisted support mechanisms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, AI, or any related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1 to 4 years of experience as a Business Process or Business Analyst in IT support, automation, or AI-driven solutions
• Exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (Servicenow, Jira Service Management)
• Basic experience with AI-Driven tools such as chatbots, NLP models
• Knowledge with automation scripting or Low-code automation (Power Automate, UiPath)
