At Lilly, we are looking for an Automation Support Engineer to join our Tech@Lilly Automation Strategy and Operations team. The role will involve providing technical and administrative support for automated systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of automated workflows.
Requirements
- Incident Management & Operations Support experience supporting custom-developed applications
- Proficient in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, Express.js, and asynchronous request handling techniques
- Experienced with AWS services including ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, API Gateway, and CloudFront
- Knowledgeable in GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Ability to triage and analyze defects in production environments
- Proficient in development, support, and troubleshooting of API and RESTful services/integrations between multiple system points
- Strong experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing long-term solutions
- Proficiency in resolving non-code fix issues submitted through ServiceNow and supporting test automation
- Experience with system and support analysis tools such as Splunk and Postman
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of quality issues
