Automation Product Owner

The Automation Product Owner is responsible for defining, leading, and implementing automation strategies across the Global Business Services (GBS) functions, expanding from an initial focus on ServiceNow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other advanced ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• Relevant certifications in ITIL, project management (e.g., PMP), or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) are advantageous
