AV/VTC Technician, Senior: Apply expertise in supporting video teleconferencing (VTC) and collaborative Audiovisual (AV) efforts, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide customer support for highly visible VTC and AV operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting AV and VTC solutions
- Experience troubleshooting AV systems
- Knowledge of AV systems integration with MS Teams
- Knowledge of Extron or Cisco control systems or switch programming
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Security+ Certification
- Experience with AMX, Polycom, and Creston AV configuration and programming
- Experience using ServiceNow and program management tools
- Ability to work independently and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
