AV/VTC Technician, Senior

The AV/VTC Technician, Senior will support video teleconferencing and collaborative Audiovisual efforts using Microsoft Teams, install and configure new VTC and AV environments, and provide customer support for highly visible operations and troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting AV and VTC solutions
• Experience troubleshooting AV systems
• Knowledge of AV systems integration with MS Teams
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Security+ Certification
• Experience with AMX, Polycom, and Creston AV configuration and programming
• Experience using ServiceNow and program management tools
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree
