As an AV/VTC Technician, Senior, you will apply infrastructure expertise to support video teleconferencing and collaborative Audiovisual efforts using Microsoft Teams, provide customer support, and troubleshoot and repair multimedia equipment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting AV and VTC solutions
- Experience troubleshooting AV systems
- Knowledge of AV systems integration with MS Teams
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Security+ Certification
- Experience with AMX, Polycom, and Creston AV configuration and programming
- Experience using ServiceNow and program management tools
