Backend Developer (ServiceNow)

SOTI is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet complex business requirements. The ideal candidate has strong math and logical thinking, excellent understanding of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, and design, and can leverage their expertise in software development to contribute to other critical projects across the tech stack.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and publishing custom applications on the ServiceNow App Store.
• Advanced experience in both Server-side (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.) and Client-side (UI Pages, CMS, CSS) scripting on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's core administration settings and platform capabilities
• Expertise in designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coding in B/E using C# or Java in general software development, including experience with cloud platforms, web development, or enterprise applications outside of ServiceNow
• Ability to contribute to full-stack development projects using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms and environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
