We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our Total Rewards Team. The successful candidate will administer various employee benefits, including health and life insurance, and report to the Benefits Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred
- 1-2 years experience in human resources; benefits administration experience preferred
- Experience working with benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, life insurance, AD&D, EAP, and 401(k)
- Payroll experience a plus
- Intermediate or higher Excel proficiency required
- Experience with Workday is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing system
- Strong written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills
- Customer Service attitude toward internal employees
- Ability to work cross functionally with various departments (payroll / HRIS / Compensation / Legal / overall People Team)
- Precise attention to detail
- Adaptability demonstrated through working effectively in a fast-paced environment as plans, conditions or situations change
