The Benefits Specialist will manage and optimize global employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable country, state, and federal regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to enhancing the employee benefits experience while ensuring the effective administration of benefits programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or related fields
- Professional HR or benefits certification is a plus
- In-depth understanding of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Customer-centric with excellent project management skills to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits services
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating initiative and proactivity
- Commitment to ongoing process improvements and optimizing benefits administration
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all situations
- Prior experience with Workday and proficiency with Google suite, ServiceNow, Jira, ADP, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar software
