The BGV Specialist will serve as a process compliance expert for the entire corporation, reviewing key areas for process knowledge, compliance, and decision-making. They will collect and analyze quarterly data, assist in ensuring compliance, and communicate effectively with employees and managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar study
- Three or more years of related work experience
- Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Working experience on ServiceNow
- Strong working knowledge of HCM Applications (i.e. Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, etc.)
