The Brazil Country Leader will drive market success across Brazil, focusing on expanding sales capabilities and shaping cross-functional ecosystem activities to build pipeline, deliver on sales targets, and capture market growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS, with a proven track record of over-achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a large and complex region.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving.
  • Highly effective leader with exceptional executive presence and communication skills, and a robust network of C-Suite connections across Brazil enterprise market.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing and empowering sales talent.
  • Strategic, analytical, and innovative thinker, with the ability to create and execute a compelling multi-country sales vision and go-to-market strategy.
  • Customer-centric and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering value and solving customer problems.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to embrace change and challenge the status quo.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism, and a commitment to ServiceNow's core values.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the region and occasionally to other locations.
  • Proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
