Job description
We are looking to incorporate a business analyst (Business Analyst).
Responsibilities:
- Will work in collaboration with the global and local business stakeholders to improve the CRM through process/problem analysis, requirement gathering, functional specification documentation and change management.
- Support the technical team in the design and validation of solutions, including case reviews.
- Meet the demand for integration of platforms of the stakeholders of Commercial Insurance and Life and Corporate Pensions
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to implement the best-in-class CRM features.
- Promote the use and coverage of main entities to generate sales information.
Requirements:
- Excellent business analysis and process analysis skills.
- Clear customer-centric orientation.
- Ability to think creatively and collaboratively to resolve business challenges.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.
- Experience in agile projects.
- Experience in Commercial Insurance.
- Experience in integration projects, techniques and technology.
- Experience in CRM tools and processes, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ability to work in distributed international teams.
- Fluent English spoken and written.
- Experience in Office 365/Power Platform integrations will be valued.
