Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or IT.
• Experience of requirement management, process analysis, and business development.
• Understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Relevant academic education in IT, economics, or equivalent.
• Proficient Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
