We're looking for a proactive Process Manager to join our Global IT Process team. The successful candidate will drive business improvements using data and insights to measure effectiveness and communicate changes for a successful adaptation.
Requirements
- Experience of ServiceNow as an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool
- ITIL Foundation certification and an understanding of ITSM principles
- University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
