Insulet is looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to work with the ServiceNow team to outline requirements, develop solutions, and convert them into agile epics and stories. The role will ensure the technical viability of solutions and support training, testing, and change management activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst for IT applications, services, and/or systems
- 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow or similar management platform
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS O365 Suite
- Ability to create Workflow and Swim Lane documentation
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks – Service management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management
