Perform complex technical activities related to the design and administration of the ServiceNow platform, understand business partners' needs, and deliver ServiceNow solutions to support and enable their goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Core Technology Principal Engineer-related occupation
- Implementing and supporting ServiceNow core modules, custom apps, and integrations
- Leading software analysis, design, architecture, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
- Utilizing programming languages required for use on ServiceNow
- Building and deploying ServiceNow integrations with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, SOAP, Restful Web Services, file-based transfers using MID servers, and custom integration methods
- Working in SOX, GxP, and regulated environments for ServiceNow solution delivery and ongoing maintenance
