Aptiv is seeking a Business Process Improvement (BPI) Lead to join their GBS team. The ideal candidate will have experience in transformation and change management, as well as a background in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement. As a BPI Lead, you will lead cross-functional projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and train and coach teams on lean and process improvement activities.
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification or equivalent
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, Business or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of business experience
- 3 + proven experience in transformation and change management
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and teaching skills
- Fluency in English (written/verbal)
- Staying up to date on innovative technological solutions for Finance
- Experience and skills working with SAP, ServiceNow, Finmatics, PowerBI, Alteryx, OCR, UI Path, process mapping software, and similar applications to enable process transformation and automation
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
