As a Capacity Engineer, you will collaborate with a technically diverse team to deploy, maintain, and manage the capacity resources of the ServiceNow platform and infrastructure globally. You will provide relief and sustainable resolution to issues within the infrastructure, deploy new capacity, and manage and resolve challenging capacity issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Good knowledge of CentOS/Red Hat Linux.
  • Networking skills, IP addressing, and routing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot multiple complex technical issues.
  • Working knowledge of networking/server architecture and hardware.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation skills with particular emphasis on technical processes and standards.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and modify existing processes and procedures as needed.
  • Ability to work in on-call that covers one weekend per month.
