ServiceNow is seeking a Capacity Engineer to join their Global Cloud Services team. As a Capacity Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient capacity management for ServiceNow's systems. Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
  • Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and PXE boot processes
  • Intermediate-to-advanced network troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, PowerShell)
  • Incident, problem, change, and escalation management expertise
  • Basic understanding of enterprise server hardware
  • Experience deploying bare metal servers
