Cash Collections Analyst

The Cash Collections Analyst will be responsible for Accounts Receivable related tasks, including collections, customer disputes, query resolutions, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires experience in leveraging AI, advanced excel skills, and knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• 3+ years of accounting experience, to include 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• MS Office proficiency (advanced excel skills desired)
• SAP knowledge desired
• Advanced knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, collections, cash application and invoicing
• Familiar with collections and credit policies and procedures
• Ability to identify and solve AR related issues while providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work individually and as a team member within a fast-paced global work environment
• Strong communication skills, approachable and able to properly communicate with customers and internal departments
• Attention to detail, proactive, deadline driven, excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required
• Continuously improve processes
• Mindset of efficiency, creativity and a positive problem solving approach
• Willingness to get the job done with a can do attitude
