Hermès is looking for an Operations Manager to support its strong growth and respond to high requirements in terms of innovation and quality. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the level of service and security and user satisfaction at HMS, coordinating and animating the activity of the various contributing teams within the DSI and HMS departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BAC + 5)
- At least 12 years of experience in the fields of information technology support and operations
- ITIL certification

- Professional level of English written and oral
