CEE BI Senior Digital & Tech Business Partner

We are looking for a CEE BI Senior Digital & Tech Business Partner to lead the design and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions, including creating reports, charts, and other visualization tools. The role involves managing team operations, optimizing data storage architecture, and ensuring efficient data transformation and integration. The team is based in Warsaw, Poland, and requires cross-functional collaboration to drive success.

Requirements

• Partner with stakeholders to drive data & analytics agenda and manage digital initiatives end to end.
• Collaborate with market commercial, QSC, and R&D departments to align market requirements with Digital & Tech strategies.
• Manage portfolio using Agile and Project/Product Management methodologies, assessing project impacts and ensuring successful delivery.
• Analyze and document process workflows, demonstrating agile principles to upskill Business Unit functions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular measurement and improvement actions.
• Handle escalations and ensure appropriate Digital & Tech responses to crisis situations.
• Define third-party service level agreements and improve service management efficiency using ServiceNow.
• Plan and execute Business Unit-specific Tech Service Assurance Measurements.
• Work on quality, risk, and compliance by implementing info security governance processes and managing risk according to global standards.
