Fourth is a cloud-based SaaS company looking for a Change and Release Analyst to join a well-established team responsible for managing day-to-day release and change activities. The role involves planning, coordination, and implementation of changes and software releases across the Production estate.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Enterprise Change Management experience, preferably with ITIL v3 certification
  • Knowledge/ experience around (CAB) Change Advisory Board
  • Knowledge/ experience around software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience in implementing and promoting release best practices
  • Ability to analyse the release process and drive improvements
  • Strong understanding of deployment strategies
  • Solid working experience of Quantity Assurance best practices
  • Advanced usage of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA or similar platforms to manage changes, releases, and workflows
  • Working knowledge of Agile development practices
