The Enterprise Data & Analytics Change Management Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving the success of technology initiatives by ensuring all changes are systematically managed, communicated, and aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a computer-related or business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5+ years of professional IT experience, including 3+ years of hands-on leadership in implementing high-impact, sophisticated IT projects.
- Solid understanding of change management processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and business collaborator leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work within groups, often as a facilitator/lead.
- Ability to complete work independently with deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and positive demeanor.
- Expert skills with MS Office, SharePoint, Visio, Confluence, ServiceNow and Jira.
