We are seeking a Change Manager who will control the framework and methodology of ITIL change management within NCR VOYIX. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire change management process, from planning and scheduling changes, to ensuring they are successfully implemented and documented.
Requirements
- Proven ITIL change management experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Broad IT knowledge
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and experience interacting with all ITSM processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
