Change Manager - Infra Database and Storage operations

As a Change Manager - Infra Database and Storage operations at Northern Trust, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive change management strategy, oversee the entire change lifecycle, and ensure compliance with financial industry regulations. You will work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office, and may require occasional evening and weekend work for critical changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years focusing on change management
• Strong understanding of one or more of the following: SANnav, Command Control Interface, Elastic Cloud Storage, EMC Secure Remote Server, Hitachi VSP System, NetApp, Pure Storage, Tertiary data center, Tivoli Storage Management (TSM) environments
• Strong understanding of one or more of the following: Sybase ASE, Mainframe DB2, CDC, Oracle Apex, Delphix, Exadata, MarkLogic, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Transparent Data Encryption
• Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (Scrum master experience desired but not required)
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
