Job description summary: Cisco Network Engineer job requires experience with Cisco routers & switches, designing & implementing complex Cisco routing solutions, and deep understanding of BGP routing protocols, IPsec, and NAT.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Cisco routers & switches
- Experience designing & implementing complex Cisco routing solutions, including BGP, OSPF, & EIGRP
- Deep understanding of BGP routing protocols, IPsec, and NAT (static & dynamic)
- Experience with network automatic tools, such as Rundeck or similar platforms
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT service management platforms
- Proven experience with solution design / ability to lead design related discussions
- CCNP, CCNA, or equivalent level of expertise/certifications in Cisco networking technologies
- Experience with Arista CVP (Cloud Vision Portal) and Static Configuration Studio
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
