We are looking for an experienced Cisco UCCE Consultant to join our dynamic team and engage in various projects under a comprehensive program that focuses on delivering end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) solutions to a diverse range of clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Cisco UCCE, CVP, ICM, and Call Studio.
- Strong expertise in IVR development, VXML scripting, and ICM call routing.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Voice Gateways, SIP Trunking, and CUCM.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Knowledge of Java/JavaScript.
- Relevant Cisco certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Genesys and NICE solutions is a plus.
