As a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer, you will perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship
  • Active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher (i.e., Security+)
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • At least 6 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure
  • At least 4 years of ServiceNow development
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks
  • Ability to multi-task and self-assign work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to develop and present management level briefings
