Cleared ServiceNow SME with TS/SCI

As a ServiceNow Developer SME, you will perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation, working with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions.

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• Active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• 4-8 years of professional experience, or 2-6 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience with technology infrastructure design, development, and support
• At least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks
• Ability to multi-task and self-assign work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop and present management level briefings
