Cleared Sr ServiceNow Developer with TS/SCI

Windward Consulting is a leading Service-Centric IT company that helps clients align their process, organization, information, and technology to run the most sensitive and mission-critical IT environments. We are seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation.

Requirements

• Requires a US Citizenship.
• Hold and active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher (i.e., Security+)
• Must hold an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be able to commute to Omaha, NE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4-8 years of professional experience; or 2-6 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
• At least 10-12 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
• At least 8 years of ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
• The qualified candidate shall have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks.
• Ability to multi-task and self-assign work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills that enable proactive and effective collaboration with a virtual team, including the ability to clearly articulate status and present to both customers and program leadership.
• Demonstrate potential and willingness to learn and adapt to rapid changes in technology.
• Open to receiving mentoring from senior developers.
