The Client Director - Life Sciences will produce new business with ServiceNow's largest existing accounts, oversee executive relationship management, and lead virtual teams. They will provide strategic leadership to clients, build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships, and develop a clear roadmap to promote an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in client management
  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
