We are looking for a Cloud Incident Manager to coordinate the resolution of incidents in accordance with SLA, manage crises and incident documentation, and ensure the overall improvement of quality and service availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Solid experience in cloud business from 4 years minimum
  • Methodological knowledge of ITIL V3, ISO 20000, post-mortem analysis methods, crisis management, risk management
  • Technical knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow), Office Pack: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Cloud knowledge of AZURE (GCP if possible)

Requirements Summary
