We are looking for a CMDB Data Analyst to join our Software Engineering - Development team. As a CMDB Data Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing identified components, ensuring they are properly documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB implementations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data processing.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and visualizations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly CMDB.
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and MS Access is a plus.
