Commercial Contract Manager

We're looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager to join our Procurement & Real Estate Legal function, supporting the Global Procurement organization across all categories of spend. The role involves reviewing and vetting requests for legal support on commercial contracts-related matters and advancing those requests to deal closure. You'll advise, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including technology, professional services, and commercial agreements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager, Contracts Specialist, or Contracts Paralegal
• Experience using commercial contracting tools, including Agiloft CLM, Ironclad CLM, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, OneTrust, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with minimal supervision
