The Configuration Analyst will administrate the CMDB, update and modify CI, and support related tasks. They will also work on driving the maturity of the CMDB and develop solutions using ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT
- Demonstrated knowledge of Configuration Management implemented in ServiceNow
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Good knowledge on CSDM, ITAM and Config life cycle
