Configuration and Asset Manager

As a Configuration and Asset Manager, you will develop and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), collect and organize information about existing software licenses, and perform regular audits of the CMDB and reconcile discrepancies with actual IT assets.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience
• Proven experience in IT asset management and configuration management roles
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP
• Strong knowledge of software asset management (SAM) and hardware asset management (HAM)
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation and reports
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• ITIL Certification OR completion of an ITIL certification within 3 months of starting the position
