Integrated Resources, Inc is seeking a Configuration Management Data Specialist to oversee and participate in the day-to-day processing of Service Requests and Change Management tasks assigned to the Configuration Queue. The individual will be responsible for ongoing service improvement, documenting process, standards and policies, and communicating effectively with other process teams.
