The Configuration Management Database Librarian is responsible for managing and maintaining the CMDB, ensuring that it accurately reflects the IT environment and supports the overall IT service management (ITSM) processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing a CMDB or related configuration management processes within an ITSM framework.
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar ITSM/CMDB platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles, particularly around Configuration Management and Change Management.
