- 3+ years of experience in AI/Gen AI, Automation, and/or Data Science
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, RPA) and automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, MS System Center, Opentext Automation Center, Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with large datasets and data analysis, machine learning, and AI/Gen AI
