The Consultant-AI & Automation will assess customer infrastructure and develop process improvement plans and automation solutions using AI and automation platforms.
Requirements
- Proficient in developing AI/Gen AI point solutions
- Experience with automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, MS System Center, Opentext Automation Center, Ansible, Terraform)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell or RPA)
- Knowledge of machine learning and data analysis
